We had an amazing week with the Wheelchairs 4 Kids organization skiing with our good friends at the BOEC.  This was an inspiring adventure, and we were so thrilled to see the community of Summit County rally around these really incredible kids!!

They made Denver's news!  (We shot some of the videos used, so that was also fun to see!!)

HUGE THANKS to: FATTY'S PIZZERIA, Beaver Run, BGV Gives, Oliver Behavioral Consultants, and so many of our own Rotarians providing their own private donations and time to share special moments at the WELCOME PARTY!!  We look forward to a lasting relationship with our new friends from Florida, and the nationwide program of Wheelchairs 4 Kids.

Our good friends at Oliver Behavioral Consultants & Kakes by Kasper sure made it feel like a party room with the delicious cake and balloons!!  Our Breck Rotary Club members put together the Welcome Bags with very generous donations from several members, items from OBC and BGV Gives, former members, and lots of love!!

We were so excited to ski with the BOEC as they taught all these kiddos how to have a "Wheelie Fun Day" on Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort.  This photo is of one half of the crew, the BOEC volunteers and staff, members of the W4K organization, and some parents.  We had a gorgeous bluebird day on Monday and a fun Snow Day on Tuesday (ok it was a little windy and chilly, but every kid and BOEC member seemed to have the time of their life!).  Excited to see the interviews and some footage air on Fox News (Denver) - I believe he said next Thursday.  We'll try to update this when we find out more information on that.
